Frequently asked questions
Where are my photos stored?
On servers in Brazil, in São Paulo. Only you can see your photos, unless you share an album by link.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing is deleted: you go back to the free plan.
Do I need a special TV?
No. A TV with a web browser can already show the photos, and the Android TV app is coming soon to Google Play.
Do party guests need an account?
No. They join with the party's QR code and a PIN you generate for each of them.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, in your phone's browser. The Android app is coming soon to Google Play.
Is it safe to share an album by link?
Only people with the link can see the album, and you can add a password or switch the link off at any time. The app doesn't show photo locations in shared albums.
How do I delete my account?
See the Delete account page in the footer. It explains what is deleted and how long it takes.
